Resistance Bands

I thought all 5 bands were the same but it turns out they had reistance from extra light to extra heavy. After trying the heavier ones, the resistance was better and I was getting a better work out. I love that they have different options in the band strength so beginners can start from scratch. Note to self...learn to read descriptions better! Lol

I bought these for a home exercise program due to muscle weakness in my legs. The price is great and you get a lot of bands. I'm starting out with the light resistance, and I love that I will be able to increase the resistance as needed without having to buy more bands. They are comfortable and don't pinch my ankles or knees.

I just received these so my review can only be brief. They appear a better quality than bands I’ve had over the years. They’re thicker , yet still feel comfortable when using. They have the resistance needed. Some I’ve had in the past didn’t seem to give as much resistance. I like the bag it comes with, for traveling and also for storage. My work out room has a lot of sunlight come in so it’s good for storage so they don’t wear out from the sun. These bands are great for a lot of gluten and lower body exercises that are simple but very effective. They’re always in my work out routine, even when lifting weights.

Absolutely love them so far. Super transportable, small bag, lightweight, and multi strengths. Use them at work or for quick lazy workouts before bed or in the morning. It comes with an easy to read pamphlet on exercises and useful tips. My only con is that the bands are latex and you definitely smell it and feel it.

I bought these bands for home workouts and have been very pleased so far. They roll up sometimes when using them around my thighs for glute bridges, etc (but what resistance bands won't?). Because of the width and heaviness of the bands they seem to stay straight more often than not. I've only used them for 3-4 workouts so I don't know how they will perform long term (hence only 4 stars) but they seem to be good quality and they come with a nice little carrying pouch as well as a little pamphlet giving a few examples of exercises you can do with them. So great to travel with to do workouts on-the-go without having to bring bulky gear or equipment with you.

I love these! I wasn't expecting them to be so durable, but the extra heavy one is legitimately solid and I'm not afraid to do deep lunges or squats with these. I have a couple sitting next to my bed so I can get a couple extra reps in before I sleep, and they're so portable I bring them to the gym to have a variety of resistance exercises with me.

OKAY. This is the BEST product I’ve bought in a while. I’ve used these and incorporated them into my workout, for my glutes, thighs and abs, and I swear to god I have lost 5.5 lbs in 3 weeks, and gained muscle in all the right places. Just increase your resistance each week, and be consistent. I can’t believe I went this long without these. If you’re wondering if they work, I promise you they do. Buy these and change your life. I use the workout for women app and use these in every workout. Life changing.

I think is pretty awesome. At first, I thought they were all the same strength. But after washing it, and I realized there are actually different strength. From light to extra heavy. The light belt seems very thin... not sure if it is durable enough. The extra heavy is the thickest, seems pretty strong and durable. ;)

I love this product. I needed them to do physical therapy on my Plantar Fashiitus and heel spurs in both feet. They really are good for stretching. I use them for stretching a lot now. recommend these resistance bands. One other thing really cool about them is they are labled, light, heavy, etc...so you have different levels to work with and are very visible on the bands. Good product.

Bands came in perfect condition, well packaged in individual plastic wrappers which were then packaged in a small carry bag. Very compact and easy to carry to and from the gym. Bands are a little smaller width wise than I might've liked but overall fits the need perfectly. Would recommend/buy again.

When I was in the hospital, my doctor recommended that I begin working out. I had seen these bands before but wasn't sure if they really worked. I needed something low impact and could easily use. So I ordered them. It has been a few weeks and I have been pleasantly surprised. I can feel the difference. My arms and shoulders are getting stronger. I'm beginning to show some improvement that my partner is noticing. So much so that she is using them while I'm at work. This is a good product. Cheaper than weights and I believe more versatile. I wanted something low impact because of surgeries that I've had and these work great. Started with the lowest possible just to get used to them. Now working with the next higher resistance. After this quick workout, I feel like I've done something good for my health. Highly recommend

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I never knew that elastic bands could cause me to feel so much burn! I was very surprised by how durable and elastic these bands are. Even after prolonged rigorous workout sessions, I have noticed absolutely no wear or tear whatsoever! Extremely good quality for the price. I love the strength ladder too. The product comes in a neat little carry bag with 5 different strength tier-based bands. Each band has a different weight estimate. They are as follows: Extra Light: 2-4 lbs, Light: 6-8 lbs, Medium: 10-12 lbs, Heavy: 15-20 lbs, Extra Heavy: 25-30 lbs. I recommend starting out with a lower resistance band and then when it becomes too easy for you move on to the next! I 100% recommend this product to any fitness enthusiast -- beginner or expert! I would give 10 stars if I could! Purchase this product! You won’t regret it!
